The Rishikesh Series
The Rishikesh Series takes this name from the Indian city on the banks of the Ganges River, where the Master Swami Sivananda served as the spiritual leader of several lineages that up to today maintain and nourish a scientific tradition of spiritual search and personal liberation.
Specially designed to spread peace in the world through the cultivation of inner peace, this series works the energy points (Chakras) along the spine, improving posture, eliminating chronic pain, refreshing the circulatory and immune system, and strengthening our compassion for all living beings. Accompanied by pranayama (Prana: Vital Energy, Yama: Control), it calms the mind and takes away stress.
